  1. Support toggling on/off SSDP. When toggled off, it does not send SSDP multicast packet.
  2. Support Auto Reboot to set periodical auto reboot.
  3. Support adding multiple discovery servers.
  4. “set-rndis-config” API adds the “name” parameter, which is used to modify the name of USB device.
  5. Fix known issues.
